No one should attend if they have any of the symptoms: Cough, difficulty breathing, sore throat, unusual headache, unexplained muscle and/or joint pain, chills, fever, nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, loss of sense of smell, pink eye.

Anyone developing any of the symptoms in #1 should leave immediately.

Athletes and coaches should temperature check at home before and after practice. Coaches will log results.. Anyone with a temperature over 100 degrees should not attend practice.

Head staff will take the temperature of all staff members before and after the clinic and log results. Anyone with a temperature over 100 will be asked to go home immediately.

No large bags will be allowed. Small synch type bags are allowed and should be kept spread apart.

Everyone is asked to bring their own water bottle. Do not share water bottles. Drinking fountains will not be available.

Carry in cheer shoes into practice space, coaches will spray with Lysol and then athletes can change into cheer shoes.

Keep bathroom use to a minimum.

No locker room access.

Wash hands often for 20 seconds.

You are required to bring your own bottle of hand sanitizer. We will be sanitizing often.

Practice social distancing, keep 6 feet apart.
